Symptom
TPS not responding during applications boot with Error 2223817 See long description and attached file. NO errors in mgd_term windows. All three processors finish boot with applications startup complete message. /usr/g/service/log/scn.out file showed MGD chassis failed boot. See attached file.

2223817 TPS is Not Responding. Please Reset TPS Wed Apr 28 16:58:01 2004 Error: 2223817 Host: GEMS Process: NSP File: TardisReset.cc Line: 398 TPS is not responding. Please reset TPS.
