Coil id led is always red.
Symptom
Coil ID Fails and CoilID Light is Red See Long Description Customer is attempting to scan, but getting error that something is wrong with coil ID. The Coil ID LED turns red.
Error message
2224857 SRI-Coil ID Switch Communication Error. SRI detects coil presence, but cannot communicate with the Coil ID device. Error: 2224857Host: HFO Process: NSPFile: SCP:SRI Line: 450SRI-Coil ID Switch Communication Error.SRI detects coil presence, but cannot communicate with the Coil ID device. Check Coil ID connection to the LPCA as well as the communication from the LPCA to the 8 Channel Switch.
