How to Determine if System has HFO5 M4 + SP3 Software Loaded as Prerequisite When Installing FMI 67704 HFO5 M4 + SP4 UPGRADE See Long Description How to determine if system has HFO5 M4 + SP3 software loaded as prerequisite when installing FMI 67704 "HFO5 M4 + SP4 UPGRADE"? FE called InSite for advice due to a point of confusion in the FMI instructions for FMI 67704 "HFO5 M4 + SP4 UPGRADE". The FMI instructions state as follows under the heading Pre-requisite FMI: The following FMI must be completed before starting this FMI. • FMI 67703 HFO5 M4 + SP3 UPGRADE The FE checked his system software revisions in CSD under Home --> Release Information and sees "OPENMR5.293a_0838a" but does not see anywhere where "SP3", or "HFO5 M4 + SP3" is listed. This leaves him wondering whether he in fact has the version loaded as required under Pre-requisite FMI. He thinks this may mean that SP3 (Service Pack 3) is not loaded. If so, should he proceed with the FMI 67704 or should he obtain SP3 from somewhere and load it first? If he needs to load it where can he get it from?
