Issue Description: This part has been identified as one requiring second opinion approval before ordering due to one or more of the following reasons. In order to maintain continuity with DICOM functionality, CD savings and Image Enhancement options, the OLD CPU Host ID is required and/or it needs to be returned to ESAOTE to enable these options with the new CPU. See resolution concept for steps to perform before ordering this part.

- OrthoMRI Second Opinion LNR9102426001 CPU Complete Note: The HOST ID will change after replacing the CPU. See Long Description for additional details. Note: Always use the most current revision of service documentation! The network card is located on the CPU board. The network card's serial number is the Host ID on the system. Write down the current Host ID number. This is located in the Internet Explorer on the Options page while logged in as the user serv. ESAOTE will use the old Host ID to transfer the license for the Keys and Codes to the new Host ID. New DICOM license keys and codes will need to be generated. Once the CPU has been successfully replaced, gather together the system serial number, NEW Host ID and the software version. Then send them via email to the OLC.
