Symptom
SN4884 IVUS s5iGE , Configuring network and dicom storage devices for Ivus s5ige rev2 Rev. 1 5344682-8EN PURPOSE/SYMPTOM It has been reported from the field, that the IVUS s5iGE system does not send DICOM images to the Enterprise Archive (IITS modality). PROBLEM The root cause of this issue is that the Firewall of the IVUS is preventing to recognize the ping from the Enterprise Archive SOLUTION Reconfiguring the IVUS firewall program will allow traffic on port 104.
