Symptom
All Coils are not being recognized by the System All of the Profile coils were not seen even though all were present in the CoilConfig.cfg file.
Error message
2224857 SRI-Coil ID Switch Communication Error. SRI detects coil presence, but cannot communicate with the Coil ID device. Error: 2224857Host: HFO Process: NSPFile: SCP:SRI Line: 450SRI-Coil ID Switch Communication Error.SRI detects coil presence, but cannot communicate with the Coil ID device. Check Coil ID connection to the LPCA as well as the communication from the LPCA to the 8 Channel Switch.
