Patient Intercom Volume at Keyboard Much Too Loud Due To Defective SCIM.
Symptom
Minimum Keyboard Speaker Volume too loud. FE unable to adjust. FE had replaced the WIM and could not adjust the minimum keyboard speaker volume. Techs reporting that it was too loud and needed to be lowered slightly.
