Cradle Will Not Advance With Patient Loaded due to Cradle Release Block is Extended.
Symptom
Cradle Will Not Advance with Cradle Obstructed. Moves Okay Without Patient With a patient on the table, not a heavy one, the table will not move in and out, and the system returns a message "Cradle obstructed". There is no unusual noise heard. But with no patient on the table, it moves in and out fine. The customer tried cycling RF/Pen cabinet power but this was no help.
Error message
The Cradle is Obstructed This is a popup error message that the operator sees when the cradle is commanded to move and the system does not sense the movement. (The system counts encoder pulses per unit of time and will fail if none or too few pulses are seen). The error message is not logged in the message log.
