Grafidy 3 failing with "java.lang.exception" due to the Default Head Coil Selection of Head Port Linear T/R Tool Adapter.
Symptom
Grafidy 3 failing with error "java.lang.exception". See Long Description The tool seemed to work fine during the autoprescan. Went into manual prescan but able to observe the 2 center frequency peaks presumably corresponding to the grafidy coil samples. or System tries to install the Grafidy 3 fixture when it is first plugged in. If you hit yes it asks you for a DVD, if you hit no and enter the Grafidy 3 Tool, then hit Auto Mode and Scan, it will act like something happens but it never prescans. After about 30 seconds you get a java.lang.exception incomplete Rx in the a pop-up window.
Error message
java.lang.exception incomplete rx Pop-up message appears when grafidy3 scan starts, then interrrupts. Scanning range on S/I axis is outside the Head coil. Table would have to go too far into the bore See Long Description This is a message on the scan desktop. It is not logged on the system anywhere.
