Entries in the Patient Register Could Not be Removed due to Corrupted Entries In the /usr/g/protocols/patients/exam and series Directories Prevent Removal.

Symptom

Entries in the Patient Register Could Not be Removed Two Entries in the Patient Register could not be removed. This normally can be done by highlighting an entry, holding down the right mouse button, and then selecting the `cut' soft key from the pull down menu. This should delete the entry. This didn't work at this site.
