Innova, Unable to complete or failing detector bad pixel gain calibration Abort of BP calibration before starting computation X-ray abort is displayed 14% into the fifth exposure. Bad pixel calibration fails at 10% after the first exposure. the first step (offset) passes. the second step aborts after the first exposure. Acquisition does not start and is aborted after a time out of 4000 msecs. Cal fails Failed Results of BP calculation 1/ Segment density out of spec 2/ Bad pixel density out of spec

The system fails when running Bad Pixel Calibration with the following results displayed in the SUIF: Isolated pixels 44 PASS Small Clusters 10 PASS Medium Clusters 0 PASS 3x3 Clusters 0 PASS Large Clusters 0 PASS V Large Clusters 0 PASS Bad Lines 0.98 PASS Segment Density 0 FAIL <============ FAILED RESULT Bad Pixel Density 20 PASS There are no noticeable artefacts showing on clinical images, customer has not complained about any artefact issues. With the bad pixel correction and gain correction switched off in the RTAC (See Job card TSG-15 from Innova TSG), the resulting images show a black vertical line from half way down the image to the bottom edge, approx one third of the way from left hand edge of image.
