Symptom

MAC00006 Proactive Magnet Performance Issue. Low level Helium Loss > 5% in 30 days. The OnWatch engine has determined that the helium level has experienced a low level helium loss greater than 5% in the past 30 days. NOTE: The Digital Services (DS) Rules Engine detected this problem. This issue is only applicable when detected in this way, and should not be reused in Knowledge objects for normal reactive service.
