Symptom

The Omega table will not drive (move) up or down. all other table and gantry motions work. The Table does not drive up or down when controlling the elevation from the TSUI (smart Box/handle). The Table does not drive up or down properly, when controlling the elevation from the TSUI (smart Box/handle) or the elevation drive is intermittent.

Error message

error Code = 1050305, error Text = TUBE COLL NOT CLEARED, debug Text = - TUBE COLLISION NOT CLEARED. CONTINUE WITH CAUTION (T:4A14). In MP_SetCollisionNotClearedMsgOnIRM, recovery Class = WR, major Function /= GantryAxis System impact: Half speed until system collimator level1 collision is cleared. Displayed message : "Tube collision not cleared. Please clear collision or call Service.". Root Cause: TUBE COLLISION NOT CLEARED This error is due to clear timeout after a collision detected on the Tube side. Recommended Action: The expected behaviour of the collision detection is as follows: When a level 1 or level 1bis bump is detected, then the positioner software stops all motions until the operator releases the enable. When the operator presses again on the gantry enable, then the gantry shall move as follows: -if a collision is detected on the tube, then the gantry plays back ("backout motion"), for a maximum of 2 seconds, its last trajectory before the collision detection until the collisions are cleared. If trajectory is not sufficient and collisions are still active at the end of the backout motion (abnormal end), then a “COLLISION NOT CLEARED” message is displayed and the manu
