Bolus Will Not Start Mask Run

Symptom

Bolus Will Not Start Mask Run When Bolus is selected for, the first time after a system power shutdown the system will not acquire a Mask run. When Bolus is selected for the first time after a system power shutdown the system will not acquire a Mask run. The table moves to the start position and stops. The table cannot be moved. There are no errors flagged. It can be cleared by selecting a different technique and then reselect Bolus and everything will work until the next system shutdown.
