Symptom
Intermittent MDS Link Failures while Scanning. Getting MDS link failures while scanning. Reports error 2241608 GIP VCC signal is out of range. Note that the value was mere millivolts out of spec, but enough to trip out scans. I measured the voltage at 4.81 volts, nominally low, but barely in spec. Spec is: Low: 4.70V High: 5.250V.
