SPT Daily Quality Check DQA Results are not Displayed Due to Too Many T Test Files on System.
Symptom
SPT Head Quick Check (Daily QA) Files not seen in Report Manager after a certain date. FE performed "Cleanup T-files" function during PM. Then, the next day, when the customer ran the daily QA, that file was not available in the list. The older files were still there. The FE ran some Daily QA scans too, trying to get them to populate. He then removed Software Update 22 (this s/w update gives the ability to view Daily QA files) and then reinstalled it, rebooted, and ran a new Daily QA, no help. I connected to the system and could see the files in the directory. FE performed "Cleanup T-files" function during PM.
