Unable to Install HFO3 M4 Service Pack 1 See Long Description Unable to install HFO3 M4 Service Pack 1 (SP1). When the FE opens the Software Manager tool, and attempts to follow FMI 60723 to install the SP1, the "Conflicts" button is highlighted. When the FE selects the "Conflicts" button, the system states as follows in a popup message: "Remove, then reinstall, patches 1 and 3 to install SP1" But the FE has checked the patch revisions and all patches required for SP1 are either the same version as in SP1 or are more recent than in SP1. Specifically patches 1 and 3 on this system are of more recent revision than in SP1. In the FMI 60723 on page 11, the FMI seems to allow for this. It states to leave unchecked any patches from the CD-ROM that are older than on the system so the newer patch versions on the system don't get overwritten. But if the FE does this he can never get the Service Pack 1 loaded, as the system will not let him do this. The FE does not want to revert any patches to an older revision just to get SP1 listed on the system, and he shouldn't have to do this. What's wrong?
