setzero Log Files Filling Directory /usr/g/service/log See Long Description One or both of the following errors is being logged: Tue Jun 17 08:31:54 2008 2260007 2 WRMCGEMR01 setcurrent setcurrent.cc 141 Exception Class: Unknown Function: Host: HOS Time out occurred while accessing the shim supply. and/or 2260003 MR3-LX setcurrent setcurrent.cc 90 Opening the RS-232 port failed. We found literally thousands of these small files in directory /usr/g/service/log: cd /usr/g/service/log [Enter] ls setzero.* [Enter] setzero.32699.log setzero.10000.log setzero.17660.log setzero.25197.log setzero.3269.log setzero.10003.log setzero.17662.log setzero.25203.log setzero.32704.log setzero.10004.log setzero.17663.log setzero.25209.log setzero.32712.log (many more!) We looked at the contents of one of these files as shown below: cd /usr/g/service/log [Enter] cat setzero.16970.log [Enter] ....Time out ocuured Time out occurred while accessing the shim supply. ....Time out ocuured Time out occurred while accessing the shim supply. ....Time out ocuured Time out occurred while accessing the shim supply . But per the FE this site has no High Order Shim Supply .
