Symptom
MRSPT Ghosting in phase direction, MNS fails and SPT FSE & GRE Stability fails see long description and attached images Problem started out with SPT stability failures during the PM and progressed to ghosting on head scans before problem could be fixed. Customer had been having problems with MNS no working properly for about 2 weeks prior to PM.
