Signal Loss or Shading in one area of MRID 8ch Neurovascular coil 2317115-2 due to defective coil.
Symptom
Weak Grainy Images using the Eight (8) Channel NV Array Coil See Long Description and Attachment DWEPI with Asset images very grainy using 8NVHEAD NECK_A coil. Other coils okay and other PSDs okay. Error shown below was logged for this coil "Low Signal Detected". See Attachment for an example image. Wed Dec 10 16:11:08 2008 Error: 2224725 Low signal detected. Please check the signal level for receiver 0 (or receiver 1 while using Manual Prescan).
