Scan Pauses with Gradient Current Distortion and Gradient Data Overrange Errors, and Images Show a Partially Collapsed Gradient Field (White Line in Images) See Long Description This is an HDe system running HDe 14.0 software. Scans are pausing with the errors shown below logged. When the customer resumes the scan, it may pause again with the same errors, the customer then resumes the scan again. When the scan is finished the images are reconstructed with a vertical line in these (axial in this example) images, which is indicative of a partially collapsed gradient field. See errors below from the site's message log, and the artifact that occurred (as a result of these exact errors) in the jmg attachment. You should be aware that the inclusion of the right arrow (-->) at the end of the message indicates that an extended error exists for that message with additional troubleshooting information. These extended errors can be seen by viewing the gesys* error log in Common Service Desktop. I've copied these extended errors into an attachment which is included here under the name "Extended_Errors".
