Bore Light, Patient Fan, and Patient Alignment Light Will Not Turn On, But if Bore Light is Pressed, Then Alignment Light Comes On due to System Support Module (SSM).
Symptom
Bore Light, Patient Fan, and Patient Alignment Light Will Not Turn On, But if Bore Light is Pressed, Then Alignment Light Comes On. See Long Description The bore light, patient fan, and patient alignment light will not turn on, but if the bore light enclosure button is pressed, then the patient alignment light comes on. If the tech then hits the patient fan button, the alignment light will turn off. Furthermore, the bore light and patient fan never turn on, no matter what buttons they press. This happens no matter which of the button pads they try, either on the left or right sides of the magnet enclosure. If they landmark and hit Advance to Scan, they system will move the cradle to the scan position, but the scan will not start, though there are no errors logged through any of this.
