Boot failure with error 5000011, System Boot Failed waiting for boot to complete
Symptom
Boot failure with error 5000011, System Boot Failed waiting for boot to complete The system will not boot with the hospital network cable connected If the hospital network cable is connected the system fail to boot with XRSSubSystemMGRDL process time out. Error 5000011. If you disconnect the network cable the system boots fine. You can then re-connect the network cable and the system continues to work properly and is able to transfer images to the PACS system.
Error message
5000011 "System Boot Failed: Timed Out waiting for boot to complete, review the debug text to determine which actors (module) is offline. The system has to be Reset
