Three 3-Plane Localizers Produce Only Three 3 Images Per Plane and Scans Prescribed From Them Abort With SCT Interface Errors See Long Description FMI 60753 (14.0 M5A software upgrade) installed Thursday evening, January 15, 2009. Upon the customer beginning their scanning day on Friday, January 16 they noticed the following problem: The 3-Plane Loc's produced only one image per plane, and when they tried to prescribe off these images and scan the first axial scan, the scans would always abort with the SCT Interface Errors as shown below. iTrak # 13236909.
