Environmental Sensor (temperature and humidity) not working.
Symptom
Environmental Sensor (temperature and humidity) not working. See Long Description. Environmental Sensor not working. When the shorted sensor is connected to the One Wire LAN network, none of the Environmental Sensors are working. PQR 13091170 From HDx ISERV 95A Environmental Monitoring Hardware: One temperature and humidity sensor will be placed on the back of the Global Operator Console and one on the Systems Cabinet to monitor customer environmental conditions. Data from these environmental monitors will be collected locally to the sensors once every 30 minutes, and the system will gather all data from the sensors once daily at midnight (or if the system is not available at midnight the next time the customer powers on the system). Pass/Fail information regarding the site’s environmental history will be available via the FE Cockpit, and one click away is a detailed report of sensor readings over time. This will help the GE Field Engineers to alert the customer if the site is not maintaining the environmental standards outlined in the Pre Install Manual, thus avoiding hardware failures and site down-time due to environmental factors.
