Paused scans and image artifacts due to Power sagging from the normal 480 VAC down to as low as 0 VAC during the pulse sequence.
Symptom
MRIQ Scan stops Multiple Times, They Restart the Scan and it Completes but Images Have Severe Zipper Artifacts. http://3.87.118.28/optec3/common/8xdocs/epst/mod11/m11_010_000.html Link to image quality troubleshooting guide. Scan stops in the middle of gradient stressing (GRE) sequences. After the gradients recovered, the scan completes (eventually after several stops). The images get zippers and artifacts due to the stops.
