After Downloading the Fiesta2D and Fiesta3D Options using eLicense, the Options are not installed.
Symptom
After Downloading the Fiesta2D and Fiesta3D Options Using eLicense, the Options are not Installed. The eLicense option download was successful, but customer states options are still missing, and when I checked them remotely using the command /usr/g/bin/sok_test, I see the status as shown below: fiesta2d not installed fiesta3d not installed
