The Cradle Will Not Latch due to the LPCA Latch Hook is Physically Broken.
Symptom
The LPCA Will Not Latch to Cradle See Long Description When raising the docked table, or docking the table when its already raised, the carriage comes out to meet the cradle, but it doesn't latch to the cradle.
