Symptom
Unable to Boot Host PC After Installing FMI 60754 SCSI Tower Replacement See Long Description Unable to boot the Host PC HP xw8000 to the operating system level after installing FMI 60754 "SCSI Tower Replacement". It simply halts or hangs on "SCSI init" and no errors are displayed. The FE took out the new SCSI tower that was installed per the FMI and returned the system to the original configuration and the problem disappeared. But then he installed another FMI 60754 kit and had the same problem again.
