Current Distortion Fault Due to SGA Control Board.
Symptom
MRIQ: Intermittent Ghosting or Smearing of Images See attached Files. Intermittent ghosting on images. Not specific to any type of scan. No errors are seen in the log when scanning. TPS Diags had failures. Shown below.
