Symptom

Images Are Not Listed In The Browser but are Displayed in Autoview On A Linux HP Computer System scanning ok but images are not showing up in the browser list, can see them in the Autoview. Logout and bringing applications back up did not fix the problem.

Error message

2218085 In ImageInstalled, Envelope Status is Error. 2218085 MRS1 TIR ImageInstall.cc 185 In ImageInstalled, envelope status is Error.

2224340 Install image failed

1006 dbwserver can't establish connection Error: 1006 Host: ICP1 Process: dbwserver File: dbwcommand.c Line: 1349 Server can't establish connection, sorry Failed to connect to Terra DB Server

1036 Command Failed : TerraDBReader::ExecuteCountImages Unable To Get Image Count!!
