Xray unavailable message on live display with fluoro and record modes with footswitch depressed. System must be shutdown and rebooted to recover as a reset will not recover. May be able to produce radiation Fluoro and Record, X-ray Tone and indicator are on but "X-ray Unavailable" or "X-ray Abort" Message on Screen and no Image on Monitor. This could also cause a Database Inconsistency error because the RTAC is sending the acquired image data to the DL but the PPC bd in the DL is not receivin Xray unavailable message on live display with fluoro and record modes with footswitch depressed. This could also cause a Database Inconsistency error because the RTAC is sending the acquired image data to the DL but the PPC bd in the DL is not receiving because the FCIB in DL has locked up or failed. Hence no image on Monitor and Data was not written to disk which could generate a Database Inconsistency.
