TPS Reset Fails Due to RRF Exciter.
Symptom
Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

2247160 RRF Fiber Cable Link Not Ready See Long Description Fri Jan 25 09:23:14 2008 Error: 2247160 Host: FHMR01 Process: diagCoord File: Irf.cpp Line: 272 Diagnostic: MUX BLD Iteration: 1 of 1 Action: 1 Task ID: 0x3fa6a60 Time: 51176 Object: APS Test Task RRF FIBER CABLE LINK NOT READY The fiber link between the RRF and MGD chassis is not in a ready state after hardware initialization. This will prevent the MGD from controlling the RRF chassis. Try TPS_reset. Run RRF diagnostics.-> Extended Error: The MGD does not like the signal coming over the fiber cable connected from the IRF_IO board in the back of the MGD chassis to the DIF board in slot 10 in the front of the RRF chassis. Possible cause(s): RRF-DIF Board, GigaLink Fiber Cable, IRF I/O Board, IRF Board
