Intermittent CAN Link errors due to failed SCP2 board.
Symptom
Unable to Scan with CAN Network Errors See long description MR SMILe: March 17, 2005 Certain conditions can infrequently occur with devices on the CAN Link that will result in CAN Link errors and the loss of communication with these devices. Devices such as Driver Module, RF-DIF Board, GP3 Module, ASC (UPM) components, HOS, and Patient Handling Power Supply can be affected. CAN Link errors in the log and general troubleshooting oftentimes implicates one device on the CAN Link and results in it's replacement. Changing the part usually fixes the problem, but sometimes it does not. Another device on the CAN Link is later determined to be disrupting communications.
