2249129 SRI Communication Error. A reset was not detected when requested to the SRI. 2225935 The PAC does not respond. - 5215012-2 PHPS Patient Handling Power Supply 5215012-2 is MR Patient Handling power supply assembly for MR Excite 3 with Halogen light compatible power supply. This is identical to the 5109368-2 assembly but has power supplies with modification to allow operation up to a 200 Gauss magnetic field (supplier has shut off production of current supplies and is only building the modified supplies).
