Carriage Fails to Retract Due to The Home Flag on the Longitudinal Drive Belt is broken or missing.

Symptom

Carriage Fails To Retract When The Table Is Lowered See long description for details. The cradle does not retract when the table is lowered. FE has confirmed that the HOME led, DS32, is "on" when the carriage is all the way out, also the UPLIMIT led, DS31, is "on" when the table is up and goes "off" when the table is lowered. Noted that the MOTOR DISABLE does not go out when the table is lowered as seen on a site which does retract as expected. One more thing to note, the cradle will retract after the table is lowered if you press the IN FAST or IN SLOW buttons (the MOTOR DISABLE led goes out and the cradle retracts to the expected position). The FE has replaced the SRI (twice), the dock limit switch board, the encoder, the dock assembly (had to be replaced for another reason and the new dock assembly did not change this problem). Also removed the right and left control pads one at a time to be sure that these were not related. All of these things described did not change the problem, the carriage will not retract as expected when the table is lowered.
