The TSSC has an error code flashing in the Mag Mode and Auto Positioner. Customer thought that FOV of detector was changing The TSSC has an error code flashing in the Mag Mode and Auto Positioner. The customer may think the FOV on TSSC was changing values by itself, while the FOV is displaying error code
