The Applicaiton will not boot.
Symptom
DLX: The Applicaiton will not boot. After DLX log in the DLX application begins to load, and the system resets. The DLX application will not boot. After DLX log in the DLX application begins to load, and the system resets back to the log in prompt. The site is unable to launch the DLX application.
Error message
