Symptom
ProfileHD Magnet Shimming Cables are not a FRU as individual items See Long Description and Attachment There are two cables needed to shim the Shinetsu and Sumitomo magnets. One cable is used for communication between the Term Server Port 1 and Teslameter, and the other is used between the Term Server Port 2 and the Voice Synthesizer. These cables are not included in the Teslameter Shim kit nor the service kit provided with each system. The cables are not used on GEHW magnets, only on Sumitomo and Shitetsu magnets. Service Documentation 5196273 Rev.2 ProfileHD Service Methods lists these cables as 5110815 (Teslameter) and 5110815-2 Voice Synthesizer however these are not orderable.
