Unable to Start Propeller Scan with Error Code 2257359 Logged See Long Description iTrak # 13202476 After the FE finished installing FMI 60746 "Upgrade from Signa HD_M5 to Signa HD_M5A" the customer reported she was unable to start Propeller scans. The [Start Scan] button would illuminate on the SCIM but nothing happened when they pushed it. The button would stay lit and the error code 2257359 shown below would be logged. This error was logged about two or three times every time they tried pushing the [Start Scan] button. Finally the techs would give up and hit the [Stop Scan] button just to get out of the situation and go on to something else. This would result in the error 2255008 "Auto Prescan failed, Stop button was pressed" being logged but this isn't really part of the problem, it's just a consequence of what the tech had to do to get out of this state.
