The image on the review monitor is rotated 90 degrees from the Gantry angle. The image does not match the patient orientation. The Image orientation is incorrect, when gantry is moved to + / - 90 degrees or the Gantry at 0 Degrees the image on the monitor is 90 degrees in the opposite direction.
