Symptom
Will Not Scan With Patient Comfort Sensor Trip. See Long Description Patient comfort sensor trip; cannot scan due to bore sensor indicating temperature is too hot for patient safety. A message "Patient Comfort Sensor Trip" appears in the message box on the left side of the scan page at the start of autoprescan.
Error message
2248656 Dual Bore Temperature Sensor is not detected. 2248656 Host: excitehd Process: NSP File: SCP:BoreTempSriHWO Line: 868 Dual Bore Temperature Sensor is not detected. Scanning is disabled. Please install a Dual Bore Temperature Sensor and perform a TPS Reset.
