Symptom
Is Service Pack 1 Required for Service Pack 2 See Long Description An FE is performing a Load From Cold (LFC) procedure to completely load or reload software. A Service Pack 2 (SP2) CDROM was included as part of the software collector. But the FE is confused by this. He wonders whether he needs the Service Pack 1 (SP1) CDROM also. Does he need to put both of them on, SP1 and SP2 to bring the software up to current revision? This point doesn't seem to be covered in the documentation.
