Symptom

Unable to Scan EPI Diffusion With Z-Axis Current Distortion Fault and Gradient Drivers Hysteresis Test Fails on Z-Axis See Long Description Unable to scan EPI Diffusion protocols due to Z-axis Current Distortion Fault. This is the only type of scan failing. Then, when running Gradient Driver diagnostics, it fails with the errors shown below logged, showing a Gradient Hysteresis test failure.
