Profile Pizza Box Upgrade Does Not Include Mouse Compatible With New Keyboard.
Symptom
Profile Pizza Box Upgrade Does Not Include a Compatible Mouse. The FE had to replace the keyboard on a Profile 2. The keyboard assembly is EOL so he received the Pizza Box Upgrade instead with the following part number 2374128. He connected the existing mouse from the old keyboard. The mouse did not work.
