Symptom
Unable to complete R003-2 "Filament calibration" on large focal spot Unable to complete R003-2 "Filament calibration" on large focal spot. Please see long description for further details. When running the R003-2 calibration from SUIF, worked OK for small focal spot but got an error 42C7 for large focal spot. In application, error 42E5 and/or 42F1 displayed on console when performing Tube Warm up. When error 42f1 occurs, the LED "Surge" on both heater boards was lit. Then, when starting a new prep after error was raised, the LED surge on the small focus Heater board unlights and stays lit on the heater board large focus.
Error message
Error code 42C7 on Titan console, 30022 in system errlog. Error code 42C7 on Titan console, 30022 in system errlog (Filament drive error. Auto-reset in progress. Please wait) when in SUIF calibration. Errors 42E5 and/or 42F1 displayed in tube warm up application.
