Symptom
Broadband Magnet Monitor 3 is unable to communicate to Insite 2. The MM3 Device is set up as a broadband connection via the internet but can not connect to InSite 2.
Error message
A2B_ERROR: TcpIpTransport::Connect gethostbyname failed for "us1-ws.service.gehealthcare.com" On the MM3 view the Insite2 log for the following error text; A2B_ERROR: TcpIpTransport::Connect gethostbyname failed for "us1-ws.service.gehealthcare.com"
