Gantry Lock up during Flouro only.
Symptom
IN2K: Gantry Lock up during Flouro only. The in room monitor displays "Positioner Error Reset system" Gantry Lock up during Flouro only. The in room monitor displays "Positioner Error Reset system". The Issue only occurs during flouro, Table top in the FOV and at ISO, L at 0, pivot and C being driven during Fluoro. Never received the lockup without fluoro, without gantry motion or table out of the FOV.
Error message
error Code = 50126, error Text = POS CPU: communication error with PIB or TSUI, debug Text += pos-error=4ACB, hw-status=0008 followed by error Code = 1000014 followed by error Code = 600501 System impact: No X-ray, no gantry motion during 1 minute. Displayed message : "SID pb, use lift orange button to move detector to highest position", "Xray not available. Collimator Power failure, wait automatic recover".
