This Coil is Not Compatible with 14.0 M4 Software.
Symptom
System Does Not Recognize the 3.0T HD 8Ch Shoulder Coil made by NeoCoil See Long Description This 3T HDx customer was just sold the 3.0T HD 8Ch Shoulder Coil (GE p/n 5271265, NeoCoil Part Number: NC009900) made by NeoCoil. The system is currently running 14.0 M5 + SP1 software. The FE went to the site and tried to scan with the coil but when he plugs it in, the system doesn't recognize the coil at all, and there are no error messages because the system doesn't seem to know that the coil is plugged in. The system prevents him from downloading the protocol due to the fact that it doesn't see the coil that is named in the protocol.
