Error: 2254280 Function: RF: RF Transmit PSD: cal Coil: HEAD Scan: 50573/1 3T RF Amplifier Forward Power High (fault 95). Possible Causes: PSD operating outside of safe region, incorrect values in MR config file. Modify PSD parameters, verify amp calibration factors. If the fault persists, replace the RF amplifier.->
