Unable to Perform Head Output Power Calibration and UPM Head Calibration due to Head Power Monitor Faults. See Long Description Unable to perform head output power calibration and UPM head calibration due to head power monitor faults. Error: 2254280 Function: RF: RF Transmit PSD: cal Coil: HEAD Scan: 50573/1 3T RF Amplifier Forward Power High (fault 95). Possible Causes: PSD operating outside of safe region, incorrect values in MR config file. Modify PSD parameters, verify amp calibration factors. If the fault persists, replace the RF amplifier.->
